French Toast recipe
Ingredients:
10 slices white bread.
1 ½ cup of Evaporated skim milk (one 12-ounce can).
3 whole eggs.
3 x Egg whites.
1/3 cups of Dark brown sugar.
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract.
¾ teaspoon of Ground cinnamon.
Preparation Instructions:
1. Lightly coat pan with a non-stick vegetable oil spray.
2. Arrange bread slices in the pan.
3. Mix the remaining ingredients using a whisk. Pour the mixture evenly over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. When you are ready to cook. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray the uncovered bread lightly with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.
